500. Over 6 years, I went on a pay it forward mission to support the Atlanta marketing and sales community by connecting 500 amazing talent with awesome opportunities. As of this morning, mission accomplished.
Criteria: Opportunities or talent were from Atlanta. The individuals either made the final cut or were selected. Firms ranged from hottest startups to divisions of F500. FTE roles ranged from entry level to c-suite / co-founders.
I have a renewed appreciation for culture, recruiting and job hunters. Moving forward, I really only have bandwidth for retained advisory or engagement clients.
